My name is Kepriah Davis, a 22 year old Detroit native and one of four recipients of the Bonderman Travel Fellowship for 2016-2017. I recently graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Psychology – the first in my family to do so! This blog is meant to be a living documentation of my once-in-a-lifetime journey around the world and a space for me to digest and share my thoughts, feelings, and experiences along the way. August 31, 2016 marks the beginning of a dream come true!
The Bonderman Travel Fellowship offers a generous stipend to four soon-to-be graduates of the University of Michigan to travel to at least 6 countries and 2 regions of the world over the length of 8 months. For more information about the Bonderman Travel Fellowship, click here.
My travel itinerary is as follows: Japan, Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand, Ethiopia, South Africa, Ghana, Morocco, Brazil, Peru, and Cuba.
